Shipping Policy
Domestic Order: We provide free shipping within India.
International Order: In case of order which is to be shipped outside India customer has to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.
Shipping Partner
Our domestic logistic partners are Blue Dart, FedEx and Professional.
Our international logistic partners are DHL and FedEx.
Products are shipped through reputed courier partners to ensure it is safe and secure.
Custom Clearance
All shipments with ornaments exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian Customs office. Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination and assessment and only then delivered to your shipping address. Hence, please ignore the message on the package section which mentions: “Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/ Tampered condition”. You will find the package sealed with a label saying “Opened for Customs”.
NOTE:In case of International order, customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country has to be barred by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Delivery Time for Domestic Orders
Orders would be delivered on time as per the delivery date generated when the order is placed, provided that the delivery is not delayed due to governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event that delivery period exceeds the stipulated time, the customer is notified of the same. ZipZap Shoppy partners with reputed courier agencies to ensure prompt and secure delivery. Since the delivery of products is address specific, please ensure that the address entered while placing the order is correct.
Important Note: In case the office address is provided for delivery, please make sure that the department details, employee number and direct landline numbers are also provided to prevent any last minute hassles and failed delivery.
To prevent misplaced delivery, please keep one of the following identity cards for verification:

- Driving License
- Passport
- Voter Identification Card
- Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)

We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification:

Transit Insurance
All goods will be fully insured by Zipzapshoppy Private Limited until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.
Transit Risk
ZipZap Shoppy ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Zipzapshoppy will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
Shipment and Tracking DetailsWe will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page or by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as gift voucher would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us with your order tracking number, we shall do the needful.
If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
In terms of cancellation of order you will not be refunded the shipping charges.
Refund:
Refund would be either done as gift voucher or as account transfer. Money would be refunded to the same account from which payment was made.
