Return Policy

  • THE IMPORTANT STUFF – OUR RETURNS POLICY:

    • Items purchased must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached, inbox literature, freebies.
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, together with proof of purchase.
    • We do not accept returns of any product, purchased during any sale/ discounts.
    • If you change your mind about the products purchased and request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method or gift voucher, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
       We recommend using your respective local postal services only, to return the item and share the return receipt to get the return charges reimbursed.
  •  RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?

    • If something has manufacturer defects or incorrectly we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase
    • In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.

     HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER:

    • You can return a product at Zipzapshoppy by logging in with your credentials and by visiting the My Account Click on Return Item and follow the steps mentioned to obtain the Return ID.
    • Once the Return ID gets generated, please pack the following item into a sealed bag, the returned product with packing materials, tags which was available during delivery, Delivery slip and invoice.
    • If we are picking up the product, your refund should get initiated within 10 Business Days from the moment a Return ID is generated.
    • Upon receiving the returned products as a policy our teams shall examine the returned products and identify the defects/variation as indicated by you in order for us to initiate a remedial solution on a case to case basis.

     RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    • Return shipping duties, taxes if applicable will be barred by customers.
    • Returns on Jewellery shall not be entertained due to hygiene issues.
    • Returns shall not be accepted for custom made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.
    • Customization charges are non – refundable in case of customized/tailored product returns.

    • Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other issues should be reported to our customer service team within 24 – 48 hrs of the receipt of the product.
